Yes! The heroes prevailed! The infernal appeared in all its glory but due to protection spells of Damien formerly of the order of illumination it was striped bare - literary!
The heroes began to react after a short time of utter surprise and the battle ensued. Dakan began to inspire the group with the rooting call of the fellcaller while Narogg was surprised to see a women though her infernal nature soon woke him up. Finnius was busy loading his guns with arcane power as Karlot called upon Morrow to strike the infernal down.
As the battle ensued it became obvious magical weapons and those of holy might where the only thing that affected the creature NaRögg made the effort to use his size to hold the infernal down.
This allowed Karlot to expose it to the light of morrow with weapons of spiritual energy and then attack it!
In the midst of the battle the creature got away from NaRögg and Karlot rolling between them jumping towards to tear up Finnius only to be faced by the Gun Mage with a cocked magepistol fuelled with energy. Needless to say Finnius pulled the trigger blasted the brains of the infernal all over Karlot - to his great dismay.
The group then gathered back in Corvis and settled in for a couple of days. They were shocked one morning to find Alexia at their breakfast table with an offer of odd partnership.....
